CBT-i Coach
I started cbti through another provider with online support but their programme was time limited and support was withdrawn after 8 weeks. This app allows me to continue my cbti journey. It is the only app I have seen that applies pure scientific methodology without unhelpful gimmicks. I would really like to see graphs showing longer times so i can track my long term journey instead of only being able to see graphs for the past 7 days.

This is a great sleep app for veterans or first responders. The sleep tracking section is very helpful. Also the suggestions are not annoying like with some sleep apps. Some of the sleep prescription stuff could be hard to understand if you are using it on your own without a therapist. The notifications are buggy but there’s a way around that which is every time you get a notification if you click on it (like to open the app) then it will work correctly.”

This app is wonderful not just for Veterans but for anyone who has trouble sleeping. It appears to use many scientific and evidence-based measurements, Travis multis dimensions for sleep and has a notes section. This is exactly what I was looking for! I’ve already recommended it.

I am a therapist and I am sooo surprised that someone came up with this and made it available. Its sooo helpful to have clients keep track of their sleep with this tool, rather than traditional pen paper. I would be willing to pay if I could get clients data exported to a database I could review prior to the session. Thanks
